Current state: deployed sandbox / pre-production
The PayMatrixAI website and application are deployed. The current environment is not represented as a live-money payment service: real-money execution, production provider approval, regulatory status and commercial readiness must be verified independently before activation.

The user journey starts immediately; production activation is a separate operational decision and is not implied by creating an account or completing a sandbox workflow.

Complete verification and integration
Complete applicable KYC/KYB and AML checks, provider onboarding, production credentials, webhook validation and reconciliation tests.
Pass production readiness gates
Confirm legal and regulatory pathway, provider approval, security review, incident response, monitoring, support and controlled pilot acceptance.
Activate live processing
Enable a specific production rail only after its documented gates are approved. Live execution must be separately configured and explicitly authorized.
